Retro, old school, Lo-Fi - call it what you will. This company sought a simple and distinctive brand to distinguish itself within the competitive landscape of local community advertisements - an old-fashioned business model called for some old-fashioned fun.
In response to the unique sensibilities of their target audience - individuals aged 50-80 residing in suburban Philadelphia - I crafted the Dr. Gutter brand with a whimsical, nostalgic charm reminiscent of the 1960s and 70s, evoking memories of the customs, values, and ideals of that bygone era.
