Bringing Supreme Being's edgy graphical brand to life was as much fun as it was a challenge. With constantly evolving seasonal graphics being a keystone in their identity, I had to create a toolkit of furniture, displays and POS that would provide a backdrop for these graphics, but that would have an identity all of their own.
I designed several pieces of furniture with interlocking sections of CNC-cut Birch Ply to create an almost origami-like style that would allow any graphic scheme to be applied but kept the warm wood tones and rounded edges that tied the whole suite together. I created benches, tables, sideboards and a shoe display, all flat-packable for easy storage & transport to help keep shipping costs down and maximise the appeal of the toolkit for retailers. The exhibition scheme also included custom storage & rail systems and a flatpack bar that used only 3 pieces of birch ply, needed no fixings and took 5 mins to assemble.
This toolkit was launched at their Bread & Butter exhibition, Europe's largest B2B fashion show, and became the core of their stand.
